Test-fit every wheel before mounting. Wheels that have been mounted can’t be returned.

Care and cleaning

• Clean your wheels only with Dawn dish soap and a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
• Don’t wash wheels while they’re hot. Heat can damage the finish.
• In coastal, winter or humid areas, lightly spray clean, dry wheels with WD-40 before storing them to help prevent rust and corrosion.
• Store wheels in a cool, dry place.

Harsh chemicals or improper care can void the finish warranty.

1-year limited warranty

Player Wire Wheels warrants its wheels for one year from the original purchase date.

What’s covered

• Defects in materials and workmanship.
• Repair or replacement at Player Wire Wheels’ discretion, which may include reconditioned parts.
• The chrome finish for one year, as long as the care steps above were followed. Custom finishes such as gold plating are not covered by the finish warranty.

What’s not covered

• Damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation or unauthorized modifications.
• Altered wheels, or wheels not in their original condition.
• Incidental or consequential damages beyond the product itself.
• Counterfeit or unauthorized wheels. Only genuine Player Wire Wheels carry this warranty.

Proof of purchase is required for every warranty claim.

Terms for warranty claims and returns

• Call for a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping anything back.
• Pack items carefully so they aren’t damaged in transit.
• Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
• Mounted wheels can’t be returned.

Online orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and are per wheel unless a set price is stated.
• Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Stripe; PayPal payments by PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
• Zelle and Western Union orders ship once the payment has arrived. These payments can’t be reversed, so check the amount and recipient before sending.
• Ohio sales tax is charged on orders delivered to Ohio addresses.
• Shipping is free in the continental USA. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and addresses outside the USA, we call with a shipping quote before anything ships.
• If we can’t fill an order, or a fitment needs checking, we’ll call you before shipping. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
